Beautifully restored hotel, I really enjoyed wonderful breakfast!
The place was spotlessly clean, I booked the standard double room with canal views, everything was very good. Its location just a short stroll away from a Roman Catholic basilica was fabulous central.

Great location in the centre of town and adjacent to the canals, the historic aspect of 2 old buildings joined to become the hotel, the design was very appealing with nicely detailed suites.
The room was very comfortable but the plastic macintosh on the beds were uncomfortably hot and should be replaced with normal mattress protectors.

This hotel is truly magical. It's location is second to none in Bruges and feels like you have stepped back in time without feeling like you are staying at a B&B. This hotel is high quality and does not have any sense of corporate coldness and the staff are outstanding. The Relais hotel is a gem of a small boutique hotel and you will feel special staying there, especially if you treat yourself to a canal view room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quality, unique, personal and memorable hotel experience.

Very pleasant hotel. Well situated within the centre of Bruges. beautiful bedrooms and very helpful staff.
Car parking at the hotel is extremely confusing and in fact does not exist despite your claims. We arrived, had to abandon the car outside in a very narrow one way street to unpack the bags in the rain, were told that there was a car park nearby that we could use but the concierge who would have parked it for us was not around !!! We then spent 1 hour getting lost in a one way maze to try and find a public car park and then walk in the rain 1000 metres back to the hotel.
